First assignment - Emilija and Aistė.

Method 1

* Emilija's height - 1,66 m
* We measured how many times can Emilija be put on top of herself to reach the top of the tree - 5 times.
* 1,66*5=8,3 m
* It wasn't difficult so we haven't got any problems.

Method 2

* Our teacher gave us big ruler, Emilija's hand was 60cm
* Then Emilija stood next to a tree and started walking backwards.
* She stopped then when the ruler was as tall as tree was.
* We measured distance between Emilija and the tree - 8,2m
* So based on triangle similarity feature we measured tree height - 8,2 m.

a = b = 60cm
A = B = 9,2m

* Because big triangle is similar to small, so when a=b, then A=B. Meaning the distance from Emilija (A) = the height of the tree (B).

Method 3

* We couldn't do the assignment because there was no sun in Lithuania.
