When you write a text you have to read it out loud to yourself. You need to use full stop (.) much more. Listen to where you need to take a break - and use a full stop. It's much easier to hear than to read...
For the next grammar lessons you have to work on plural (flertal) and genitive (ejefald). In plural you just add an -s - the apostrophe (') is used for genitive...
