Our game

We are together with Klaudija and Brigita in the study groups. We began the 5th December, where we wrote with the Lithuanians students about our game. In the beginning, we were confused, because the Lithuanians already began making the rules for our game, before we were. However, the game was not about Pythagoras, so we changed some of the rules. We did not know if we should make the game separately or together. Their teacher said that we did not have to make it together, but our teacher said that we had to make it together, so that was very frustrating.  We had no idea, how we could change the game, and we did not have a lot of time. We wrote together with the Lithuanians, we gave some ideas to change the game, and we agreed with the Lithuanians how the game should be. We made the game, and posted it on the blog with a film and the rules for our game. In the beginning of February, we showed our game to the seventh graders from our school. They played it a couple of times, and they said that it was funny and good, but it was a little fast to play. We think, it was nice to show our game to the seventh graders, and we learned a lot from it. It was a little awkward in the beginning, but after the first evaluation, it became more natural, so it was not that awkward. 

Our teamwork:

It went well. However, we think, that we definitely both have communication mistakes. We were busy, because we did not have so much time to make it. We think we took too much initiative, so we finished the game they started. We think we should have let them make more of the game. That was our mistake. The Lithuanians mistake was that they were a little slowly to reply on our messages. After all, it went well, and we finished our game.

Our opinion about our game:

We think our game was a little too easy, and maybe a little boring, because it was just a puzzle. However, we thought, that we did not time had to make another game. However, it was a little difficult to gather all the triangles in to one triangle, but because the triangle was that small, there were not so many puzzle pieces, so when you first figured out how to gather the triangle, it became a little too easy. However, we think it was funny to gather the puzzle pieces into one triangle. So our opinion about the game, is arguable, we suppose.

We should have done better:

We stressed excessively, we should had thought of more ideas before we began making our game, and bin more creative.

The whole process:

The whole process was okay; we learned new things, about how not to make a game. Maybe our game was not the best, but we still learned from it. We had some problems, but we also had something that was good.
