In early
December, we got an assignment from our teacher, saying we have to make another
math game with our study group. We did so. Us here in Denmark got other
information than the pupils in Lithuania, which lead to many misunderstandings.
So when we contacted them about the game, they were already started making the
game, we tried our best to put in our help, even though we got an answer back
saying, that they would finish the game. So we barely did anything to help them
make the game, we did our best to try to help them.
So when we
here in Denmark realized that we really didn’t need to help them, we just said
back and waited. Even though we got a date that the game would be finished at,
it got delayed by a few days. But the they finished it up and it was amazing,
we could see that they worked hard on it, but again us here in Denmark did
barely nothing.
We also had
to post a description of the game and post it on the blog, because it got
delayed a bit. We did not really have a lot time to make this, but because they
made the game, we took the description on our backs and made that. Which we
also did not work together on, in the study group.
Their game
were made out of it wood and looks really amazing, but we also have to make a
copy of the game our self, so we did. But we did not have the time or the skill
to make it properly, so we made a cheap version out of paper. We were not
satisfied about how the game looked, so if we could, we would make a prettier
version.
We had to
present and play the game with the seventh graders, it went decent, better than
we expected, the different groups said pretty much the same thing, that the
game was neither to hard or to easy, with a bit of our help, and that the game
could be prettier.
The group
worked out fine, things got made slow, but it got made. The only problem we see
that the communication between the group was too bad, but here in Denmark, it
worked out just fine.
Jonathan
and Konstantin
Very well written in a nice language. But it is not okay that you let the other members of the group do the hard work on the game. You ought to have insisted on being involved. Please keep that in mind for when we go to Lithuania...
